Richard and Omar were super helpful with our move from SF to Palo Alto! They were on time (no need for an arrival window, they were spot on!), professional, efficient, and moved quickly with our stuff, taking special care to protect all of our property prior to the move. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to hire some movers, and will be using them again in one year when we have to find a new place! Also, were very prompt and clear in the communication, as we were able to book the day before our planned move!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Timo and Isaac from Expert Moving and Storage, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They moved our two-bedroom apartment to another two-bedroom apartment in less than seven hours, working non-stop without taking any breaks. Their speed and efficiency were truly impressive.
Timo and Isaac handled all of our belongings with great care, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. They were also wonderful around our cats, being so sweet and considerate, which made the move much less stressful for us. Additionally, it's great to know that they are LGBTQ allies, which made us feel even more comfortable and supported during the move. I loved their services and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. If you're looking for fast, reliable, and caring movers, Timo and Isaac are the best choice!

Best purchase of my life!

I hired Expert Moving & Storage company for my long-distance move recently and I was extremely happy with the work that Denis and Dmitry did recently. During this experience, I was careful to not hire brokers (which Expert Moving & Storage is not a broker, their employees do the moving and driving), to look for a dedicated truck (which they did offer me), and to consider their DOT violations (which every company has a few, but I appreciated that they had their DOT on their website for transparency). After comparing them with the competition and prices, they were the best by far. During the move, they were on time with the pickup and efficient in moving everything out as safely and quickly as possible. Since it was long distance, they communicated the best time estimate that they could give me and were also on-time as well. While I'm not in the area anymore, I would proudly recommend them to others in the area. Best purchase of my life.

They are an expert crew of packers and movers.

Dmitry and his team of 4 guys came at the agreed upon time. They are very self sufficient and didn't much direction with the packing. They are expert packers and movers. I had a lot of fragile items and they bubble wrapped each item. They quickly went room by room packing and loading on the truck. They unloaded all the items as expected and the furniture. They are an expert crew of packers and movers who get the job done to your satisfaction.
